Yes, it already has been a month that gone by since the completion for the legality towards Microsoft’s ownership of Zenimax Media. Now that the Bethesda parent company is now in the hands of the Xbox firm, it only leaves for the new batch of titles to come. However, there has yet to be any definitive evidence suggesting what is to come outside of what is already announced.
Although it is surely due to take place sometime in 2021, Microsoft does press on the matters. In that upon the fulfillment for the acquisition, Microsoft stated that there will be a press conference of sorts to expect new announcements this summer, as per Xbox General Manager Aaron Greenberg. “We’re deep in planning mode and its awesome because even as we’ve talked about, we think about content, we think how we produce things like we actually a lot of the same teams.”
Now before any official unveiling can take place, one reveal appears to already be in public eye. In a finding from Windows Central, one new game from Alpha Dog Games is Mighty Doom: a top-down bullet hell experience coming to mobile devices. You can watch the launch trailer in the video below:
“Run and gun through hundreds of exciting levels and battle challenging bosses as you level up, gain powerful skills, loot new gear, and upgrade legendary weapons,” the description reads on the Google Play Store. “Descend into iconic DOOM worlds in this single-touch shooter with an animated style.”
Unlike many games readily available on the Android storefront, Mighty Doom is a hidden title that is still in very early access. It is noted that the title while new to many is not definitively new since the listing for the game has remained up for multiple months prior to the recent report.
Elsewhere in other hidden findings in regards to Bethesda most recently, it is discovered that Fallout 76 might be returning to the setting of Fallout 3, Washington D.C.
