Sabre Interactive’s World War Z releasing roughly three weeks ago, and the studio already has laid out upcoming content that will be dropping on the survival horror title as soon as this month for now additional cost.

Season One of the free downloadable content drop will feature new missions, enemies, weapons, and even new modes throughout the months of May, June, and July of 2019.

Kicking off with May, a new expedition will take the game’s cast to Tokyo with a new mission on board of an abandoned cruise line on the coast of the city. Along with offering the new locale, a new enemy will be featured which will change up the formula you might be familiar with already by spitting a deadly substance at you. On top of that, the monster is said to be able to resurrect if not dealt with properly.

For June, a new six skull difficulty mode that offers those who succeed in completing the mode gifts “a unique reward” will be added as well as new cosmetics and other in-game items. Following into July, Sabre Interactive will be introducing a weekly challenge mode that will reward players with new items and experience upon completion.

Prior updates in following seasons are said to showcase other features such as private lobbies, a wave-based survival mode, and the option to change classes whilst in PvPvZ matches. PC exclusive features like FOV sliders and detail enhancers was also said to come in these upcoming free updates.
