From developer Dontnod Entertainment, the team most notorious for its episodic Life is Strange series currently plans to pan away from the IP. The team when speaking to IGN made it clear on the matter then. But currently, the developer is finishing up on Life is Strange Remastered Collection for current consoles. The team did work on other projects as well.
Previously, the French game studio went on to ship Victorian era-set Vampyr. While little arose from the game following its release, the team did go on to announce it is also shipping a Nintendo Switch version of the game later on. As for Dontnod Entertainment, the game studio has more than 6 projects in its creative pipeline that it wants to realize into full-on productions.
This week, Dontnod Entertainment reveals that it worked on Vampyr once more with a new update for its console versions. In that, the game now face visual improvements beyond 1080p. Even more, Xbox Series systems and PlayStation 5 pushes for 60Hz more interestingly.

“With enhanced game performance on next-gen consoles, you can now visit plague-ridden Victorian London in up to 1440p and 60 FPS!” Dontnod Entertainment writes as a brief description for the update over on Twitter recently.
Similarly, Life is Strange: True Colors received a 60 frames per second upgrade as well. While not from Dontnod Entertainment, it is considered relevant by extension of the team that initiated the franchise. The update follows after team Deck Nine Games supported its intentions for 30Hz on the newest consoles in an earlier statement.
Elsewhere, publisher Focus Home Interactive goes by a new moniker now. In that, the firm shared it will be renaming itself to ‘Focus Entertainment’ You can read the full report by heading here.
