X019: Ninja Theory Reveals Bleeding Edge’s Release For March 2020

Developer Ninja Theory this E3 announced Bleeding Edge back at E3 this past June revealing that the game would be in closed playtests for the month’s following. The 4v4 melee-only online title recently migrated to PC back in October with integration for both cross-play and cross-save, and more is set to come for the project. This week at X019 in London, Ninja Theory announced that Bleeding Edge will finally be arriving this coming March next year.

Of course, with the game now listed for an official release date, Bleeding Edge is up for pre-order right now. Players who pre-order will have the opportunity to tune in for two closed beta dates: February 14 and later in March 13. Alongside the exclusive early-in playtest, those who have pre-ordered or play via Xbox Game Pass will receive the Punk Pack if done before March 21st.

The timed add-on will be comprised of three fighter skins – Butterpunk Buttercup, Punk Rock Niđhöggr, Outrider Zero Cool. Rioter’s Hoverboard, Make Your Mark in-game sticker pack, and three fighter taunts.

Fortunately for those who are currently attending this year’s Xbox-themed event in U.K. will be able to play Bleeding Edge on the show floor at anytime during open hours. Participants will also receive exclusive game swag and even a graffiti tattoo on their favorite Fighter as well.
