It has been 18 years since the Xbox 360 launched which brought some of the most iconic video games to this world including Halo 3. It was announced already that on July 29, 2024, Xbox is going to stop supporting the ability to purchase new games, DLC, and other entertainment content from the Xbox 360 store on the console and Xbox 360 Marketplace.

As of July 16, 2024, Microsoft revealed more price reductions for Xbox 360 games that players can purchase until July 29.

On top of all of this Microsoft also announced they have brought a new Xbox dynamic background for current-gen consoles that features the fan-favorite Blades user interface from the Xbox 360 era. It is available now for free and below are the steps to get it:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Navigate to Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization > My background > Dynamic backgrounds.

Choose Xbox 360 Blades under Featured or Xbox dynamic backgrounds

Select the background art you want using the A button.
