In the last stretch for August this past month, Microsoft has continued to signal more additions coming its way to Xbox Game Pass. For starters, the Xbox company indicated that more anticipated releases like Psychonauts 2, 12 Minutes, and Myst will be arriving to the service at the time. In addition, QuakeCon also took place then too which revealed Quake, Quake II, and Quake Arenas will all be added to the service as well.
Additionally, Microsoft went on to feature a compilation of titles that will be arriving to the service leading to the end of 2021 with its Humble Bundle lineup planned for Xbox Game Pass. Atop of that, September 2021 is also to start off strong with the scheduled release plus day one addition of Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas arriving to Xbox Game Pass as well.
Now in a new announcement on Wednesday, Microsoft reveals its next planned increment of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass. You can read the full list below:

One addition that took its time, but is surely welcomed is Beethoven and Dinosaur’s The Artful Escape. Unveiled back at Xbox’s E3 presentation predating back to 2017, it was not until most recently that more on the game was shared. Then, the team uploaded a new trailer revealing its September release date. Additionally, its ties with Microsoft implied a likeliness for an addition to Xbox Game Pass as well.
At no surprise, there is also a slew of removed titles coming to Xbox Game Pass this month as well: on September 13 is Red Dead Online (Console; Cloud), and September 15 with Company of Heroes 2 (PC), Disgaea 4 (PC), Forza Motorsport 7 (Cloud; Console; and PC), Hotshot Racing (Cloud; Console), The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics (Cloud; Console; PC), Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales (Cloud; Console).
Noted, the reasoning for the removal of the first-party release Forza Motorsport 7 is due to the game’s previously announced delisting. You can read the full report by heading here.
