Xbox One Preview Members can now record and upload videos in 60fps through the Game DVR Capture.  Which is a big improvement from the 30fps we have had since the launch of the Xbox One. The 60fps gameplay capture functionality appears to be available only for Xbox One Preview Program members at the moment.You can access the Xbox One Preview Program by getting invited by someone that is already in it.  Preview members get to test the updates before they get sent out to the public.

Microsoft has not yet announced the features in the next update. One of them could most likely be 60fps recording. This was found by people throughout the Xbox community such as MrXbob. It seems like only some preview members can access the update.
