Similar to Yakuza, Project Judge will have a complex fighting system to use against enemies you run into in the game. On top of the in-depth combat mechanics, you will be given detective features to such as lock picking, disguises, and interrogation to assist your investigation. And taking photographs will play a big part in getting evidence when you play. By either your phone or drone, you can take photos to further your investigation and even get more information in the process.
Being an detective will also have you out on the streets when you’re collecting evidence. So when grabbing pictures you will have to identify the suspect, and tail them also. Triggering chases will also be present in the game too. Influenced by quick time events, you will have to be on your feet to not lose the suspect.
Featured in the upcoming title is minigames. There is an array of games from racing, to gallery shooters, and even pinball. There will be plenty of activities to interact with when outside of investigating.
Project Judge is set to release some time in 2019 for PlayStation 4.
