Yakuza, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, And Little Nightmares Headlines PlayStation Plus August 2022

When it comes to the lineup of titles arriving to PlayStation Plus’ new tier payment options, there is no need to hesitate. With the launch of the service back in late May, we found hundreds of titles being included spanning across five generations of hardware alongside the PlayStation Portable & PlayStation Vita. But, it does not end there.

Additionally, Sony Interactive Entertainment for July this month features more exciting additions to keep players returning for their growing backlog. In that, titles like Final Fantasy VII Remake, Stray, and Marvel’s Avengers headlined the latest additions at the time. Of course, this is expected to only swell more with good games in the following months.

For August 2022, a new lineup has been revealed sharing the next roster of titles coming to the Extra & Premium tiers for PlayStation Plus. You can read the full list below:

The list does not end there according to a separate blog post. Not only does it include the belove Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami 1 & 2, the remainder of mainline Yakuza titles are also scheduled to hit PlayStation Plus later this year. Yes, this includes Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered, Yakuza 5 Remastered, and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.

Recently, Xbox Game Pass also faced a similar shipment of RGG Studio’s Yakuza franchise as well. At the time, the service welcomed back Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami 1 & 2. The subscription already features the remainder of the flagship series. You can read the full report by heading here.
