Update:
Following the continued protests that have been taking place over a week now across the United States, PC Gamer announced that this coming Saturday’s PC Gaming Show will be postponed until June 13. The outlet sheds the news on Twitter with a letterhead explaining in detail the reasoning for the pushed date.
“Right now, we want to make space for those speaking out and demonstrating about how to end the systemic oppression and police brutality experienced by black people,” PC Gamer shares. “In support of that movement, we are postponing the broadcast of this year’s PC Gaming Show by a week to Saturday, June 13.”
Upon what fans might expect during the now rescheduled virtual show, Mafia developer Hanger 13 shared that Mafia: Definitive Edition will be making its debut to showcase gameplay for the remade title.

This year happens to be a very interesting time for gaming outlets hosting online shows due to the ongoing pandemic. Previously, IGN announced to be hosting its own Summer of Games show the same month with companies like Sega, Square Enix, and Twitter to be involved with its respected presentation.
The same can also be said for GamesRadar who announced just today to be hosting the Future Games Show in June as well. This showcase will be a divided effort between outlets and companies under the Future brand and to feature upcoming titles slated for the next-generation ecosystem. GamesRadar goes to say that its respected show will be the “perfect complement” to the PC Gaming Show.
However, among the two mentioned, the PC Gaming Show happens to be the only one currently with a scheduled time for the presentation. IGN has yet to unveil when Summer of Games will take place in June, and GamesRadar shared that the Future Games Show will take place the same timeframe as E3 was initially planned to happen; not offering an approximate date.
What show are you most excited to witness first?
The PC Gaming Show is said to kick off on June 6, 2020.
