
This past Wednesday marked the two-year anniversary since the announcement of Halo Infinite. And despite the hype that rides behind the next major installment for Microsoft’s most recognized franchise, developer 343 Industries has yet to unveil any gameplay for the Xbox Series X launch title. It was suspected that this year’s E3, prior to the effective cancellation of the show, that fans could feast their eyes on the new game in action.
And apparently that happened to be the case as Halo Community Director Brian Jarrard shared this year to be monumental for Halo’s presence. In fact, Jarrard went to state that the showcase for Halo Infinite would even steal the show in viewer excitement.
As of late, it is reported that July will be the official timeframe for when Microsoft will finally showcase gameplay for Halo Infinite. Even more, the firm is planning to host a full first-party feature to present the upcoming lineup of Xbox Game Studios titles coming to the Xbox Series X.
In a recent report, it was told that Microsoft had unfortunately postponed events for the coming Xbox 20/20 initiative until August, but leading figures at the company denounced the claims made. Xbox General Manager Aaron Greenberg explains that June will be operated differently than in contrast to previous years as June is still vacant for a showcase to be held.
