Chatter surrounding Apex Legends never seems to cease with the project continuing to evolve in a ever-growing direction. With its exciting gameplay and Titanfall DNA grandfathered into the story, players find new reasons to continue returning. This week, Respawn Entertainment officially launched Season 13 – Saviors with its newest Legend, Newcastle.

Additionally, the mobile version of the game grows more interest as players can pre-register for the game on Google Play Store since March. More recently though, the iOS version also launched its pre-registration for the App Store on the official Apex Legends Mobile website. It is suspected that the firm is preparing to release the game sometime this spring.

This week, Electronic Arts revealed that Apex Legends Mobile is set to release this coming week on May 17th. You can watch the new trailer in the video below:

Elsewhere in a report from notorious industry leaker @_Tom_Henderson_, he writes in a new Exputer report that the official roster is to include a new platform exclusive Legend, Fade. The character appears to be structured similar to Overwatch’s Tracer with his ‘Flash Back’ tactical which allows you to “Go back to where you were a while ago from the Void.”

The full roster is said to feature Legends Gibraltar, Caustic, Fade, Lifeline, Bangalore, Mirage, Pathfinder, Octane, Wraith, and Bloodhound. With more than a handful of Legends absent, some maps are also missing as well with only King’s Canyon & World’s Edge available. However, the mobile port does go on to feature improvisions like Team Deathmatch as a unique game mode.
