Recently, we reported that Apex Legends hit 1 million unique players in under 8 hours of release. Now, according to EA’s investor call yesterday the game has now hit 2.5 million unique players in 24 hours. During the first day of release there were over 600,000 peak concurrent users which was announce on Twitter.

There is no question that making this title free to play like Fortnite has had a big effect so far. While everyone is enjoying Apex Legends, Respawn stated that Titanfall 3 is currently not in the works, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen in the future. Apex Legends is currently available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC that’s not including possible mobile devices or the Nintendo Switch in the future.
