
The Sonic movies have become one of the most popular video game adaptations since the first film was released in 2020. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is planned to come to theaters on December 20, 2024, and it is going to feature Shadow for the first time. Reports as of late have seemingly confirmed Keanu Reeves will play Shadow, but Paramount Pictures has not said anything yet.
Ben Schwartz, the voice of Sonic in the movies was recently interviewed at an event for the upcoming Knuckles TV Series. DiscussingFilm held an interview with Ben and he said he’d love to play Sonic forever and is excited to do more of the films and spin-offs.

Idris Elba, the voice of Knuckles teased in an interview that Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is for “all the real diehard fans” of the video game series. The Knuckles show comes to Paramount+ on April 26 and all six episodes will drop on the same day. This will be the first spin-off TV Show since the first Sonic the Hedgehog movie came out.
