The traditional wave-based mode, Bloody Palace, for Devil May Cry V has just been announced by Capcom and will be dropping at the beginning of next month as an free update. The mode debuting in Devil May Cry 2, each game following hosted the separate game mode for players to kill their way through as many floors as possible.

Here are some details provided from the latest blog post on the approaching mode:

Fight your way through floors of enemies and put your skills to the test in this classic DMC game mode. The battles will be tough, and making it to the final floor won’t be easy…
but true Devil Hunters will be able to show those demons who the real king of hell is.

Previously, it was revealed by the game’s Producer Matt Walker that Capcom isn’t planning on bringing any other story-related DLC except for the forthcoming Bloody Palace and this proves to be true since the mode is inbound for all platforms on April 1st. For any other content to be added, the most expected is cosmetics for Nero, V, and Dante.

Devil May Cry V is out now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
