In anticipation for today’s Stadia Connect presentation, what Google had to share regarding the coming showcase was left for players to only speculate on possible appearances. While it was certain that Google would introduce more anticipated titles to the Stadia Store, it was also suggested that the firm would also include new and unique experiences only available on Stadia to be revealed as well.

In addition to new games on all fronts, it was predicted that possibly more features to the Stadia platform would be underway for the coming showcase. With the presentation taking place this afternoon, Google reveals that Click to Play implementation for Stadia has finally been added. The feature was advertised with the commencement of the platform well over a year ago, but it was missing when Stadia launch this past November.

Essentially, viewers watching a video on YouTube will be able to click a specialized link to instantly jump into the respected title that the streamer/YouTuber is playing at any moment.

We say instantly a lot here at Stadia – making your games quicker and easier to play is behind everything we do. Now your games are getting even more instant with Click to Play.

Following the announcement during the Stadia Connect today, Google shared that Click to Play is supported for PUBG Corp’s PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls Online. With the feature straight off the grill, it is presumed more titles will receive the support for it later on – especially titles with online-focused interactivity.

In relation to the recent Stadia Connect, Google also unveiled that it will be working on new project with a new wave of partnered teams. In that, the company told that it has teamed up with Hamonix, Uppercut Games, and Supermassive Games to bring exclusive titles to Stadia later on. You can read the full report by heading here.
