The topic of PlayStation Plus remains in headlines for the past couple of weeks thanks to the new reworked service tiers introduced in late May. For select regions, the new Essential, Extra, and Premium options slowly opened up to Asia, Japan, North America, and Europe progressively with an extended list of games. For users in the United States, we already have a rundown for you.
Additionally, the service continues to deliver unique and exciting entries for users regardless of the new tier system. This past month, subscribers were welcomed to a new trio of titles to choose from for the month of June for no additional cost. In that, users were introduced to featured titles God Of War, Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.
Now for July 2022 starting in a few short days, Sony Interactive Entertainment already scheduled its next slew of free titles for PlayStation Plus users. With the announcement reveals Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan and Arcadegeddon are coming to PlayStation Plus.
However, there is a caveat from this announcement that is not directly brought into perspective. Now with the new tiers live, specifically Extra & Premium, these options overlap with the free titles from PlayStation Plus. For the coming month, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is one such title. So while users on the lowest tier receives the game, subscribers for the higher options pay for it.
What game are you most excited to grab from PlayStation Plus this coming July?
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan and Arcadegeddon arrives to PlayStation Plus from July 5, 2022 until August 1, 2022.
