Exciting Halo: MCC News On The Way At SXSW 2019

Halo: The Master Chief Collection has been an interesting story since its release as we know, the game was mainly broken for so long. Mid 2018 343 industries starting doing tests and are still continuing to do so but its safe to say the game is definitely playable and runs better than it did 4 years ago.

Now that the game has been running better they’ve been able to host Halo 3 tournaments with the first one being at DreamHack Atlanta which was only a Team Doubles showdown where Rectify Esports placed top 5.

Today, they revealed new information about the next event being SXSW in March taking place in Austin, Texas including that there will be exciting news regarding Halo: MCC.

” Not only will you be treated to amazing matches and gameplay, but we’ve also got some exciting MCC news to reveal during the show.”

There will be the invitational going on with the 6 top teams from UGC St. Louis including a FFA, Big Team Battle, and more entertainment going on that weekend.

We aren’t sure what this news could be but our guess it could be Halo 2 Anniversary news regarding new maps or having tournaments for that title as they did in the past or possibly introducing Halo: Reach into the game since it is the only Halo title that has gotten the Xbox One treatment like every other title besides being backward compatible.
