GameStop Returns To The 2000s For Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 With Midnight Releases Being Held At Select Locations

With the upcoming release for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, many are feeling the rush of some of the older releases with the newest installment. This is partly thanks to beloved features making a return this time around. For one, the original Prestige system is now in full effect for Black Ops 6. Additionally, round-based Zombies is also here as well for the new game as well.

Elsewhere, Treyarch also confirmed that Nuketown is also making its returning debut in November. While it is undetermined the appearance that the game will follow, it is confirmed that Nuketown will be arriving in the same time as Season One for Black Ops 6 arrives. Already, players can pre-install Black Ops 6 for those wanting to get right into the game too.

And for those that still plan to pick up the game, you can obtain your copy at midnight this year. According to GameStop via X, plans to host Midnight Release Events for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is planned to take place at select locations.

“Midnight releases return for Black Ops 6,” the retailer wrote in the post on X. “Join us to pick up your copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 – Starting at 12am EST on 10/25 (9pm PST on 10/24),” the website description adds. As noted, this event at participating locations will honor west coast fans with the time difference of those three hours ahead.
