Gearbox Teases Borderlands 2 For PAX East Panel

Gearbox is set to have yet another panel at this years PAX East and fans are anticipating a big announcement. Earlier in the week the company tweeted out a tease which hinted at Borderlands 3 in the image they used. Today, March 14th they tweeted out a pixelated image which looks to be from Borderlands 2.

Many fans have hoped for Borderlands on the Nintendo Switch, but that has yet to happen. The other possibility is they are making a mobile version of the title. They could also reveal The Handsome Collection for the unique console which is a compilation of both Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. The other possibility is the first title in the series being remastered for all consoles.

Who knows what will happen, but we can probably expect more than one announcements during the panel which is held at PAX East in Boston. We’ll be at the panel live and give updates as soon as news drops.
