Last year Avalanche Studios introduced Generation Zero to the world by and instantly fans began anticipating the Sweden-set sci-fi title. Now coming almost to the end of the first month in 2019 and players will have a set date for when they can get their hands on the upcoming title.
Avalanche Studios alongside THQ Nordic has revealed that Generation Zero will be available this coming March for most major platforms. Along with the early-Spring release date, Nordic in control of the title’s physical distribution revealed a Collector’s Edition for the game as well.

Bundled with the new edition includes a premium steelbook, cloth fabric map, game-influenced t-shirt, art concept postcards, and a ‘traditional dala horse statue’. Unlike most Collector’s Editions provided for similar title, this one is only listed for a fair price of $79.99.
Previously in October, Avalanche revealed that a closed beta would be taking place for those who signed up. But now coming to the fact that the game releases not too far away from now, will there be an open beta some point leading up to the launch date? Hopefully, as the title does focus on seamless multiplayer, it would be fair for those who have yet to experience the game too feel out the 80s-timed title before deciding to purchase the game.
Generation Zero currently has a release date for March 26, 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
