On September 22nd it will be 11 years since Halo 3: ODST first debuted on the Xbox 360 by Bungie. Today, 343 Industries has announced that Halo 3: ODST will be arriving to PC as the fifth installment of Halo: The Master Chief Collection and it’s now optimized for PC.

We know that ODST’s version of Firefight is set to arrive to the Master Chief Collection, but we aren’t sure if this will be the day it will arrive for both Xbox and PC users. The description in the announcement reads this:

Halo 3: ODST has arrived on PC as the fifth installment of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Now optimized for PC, experience the fully remastered campaign and fight to survive as long as you can in a freshly updated version of ODST’s Firefight!

This announcement also comes on September 14, 2020 which also marks the anniversary of Halo: Reach.
