Indiana Jones and the Great Circle reached over four million players

In December, MachineGames and Bethesda released Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on Xbox Series X|S and PC. It was also released on Game Pass the day it launched. Microsoft released its second-quarter earnings today and revealed the game has seen a lot of traction.

According to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has been played by over four million players.

“We saw rave reviews of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which has already been played by more than four million people.”

The game was also well received by many critics averaging an 87 on Metacritic. Currently, MachineGames is developing story DLC for the Great Circle. It was also revealed that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be coming to PlayStation 5 in Spring 2025.

While Indiana Jones and Call of Duty are looking to be successful releases for Microsoft, Xbox console sales are down yet again. It’s not surprising to see hardware sales be down again for Xbox as they now plan to release more of its games on other platforms

There’s no question that Game Pass has helped the Great Circle reach over four million players. When it releases on PlayStation 5 that number will likely grow even more.
