In 2022 EA Motive and Marvel revealed they are working on a brand new Iron Man game that will have a new and unique story the studio will call their own. Recently, Motive General Manager, Patrick Klaus provided an update on the game giving a better insight into what the game will use, and talked about how they have a Community Council of passionate Marvel fans to offer feedback.

In the brief blog post, Patrick Klaus confirmed the Iron Man game they’ve been working on will use Unreal Engine 5 as the game’s official engine. He claims it will empower the development team to work their magic and create something unique.

“Meanwhile, we’ve chosen Unreal Engine 5 as our game engine, in order to empower the dev team to work their magic and create something really special.”

During the blog post, Patrick Klaus also talked about their recent release of the Dead Space remake that will be joining Xbox Game Pass this month.
