While developer/publisher Starbreeze Studios remained sufficient to keep its grasp on the Payday license following the restructuring of the company, it was more surprising to reveal later on that the upcoming sequel will be co-published by Koch Media. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that the highly-anticipated follow-up would ship in 2023 as well.

However, the firm later went on to clarify that there will be not attendance of select namely franchises under the publisher. Those franchises includes Saint’s Row, Metro, TimeSplitters, or Dead Island 2 to be present at Summer Game Fest.
Instead, it was revealed that the scheduled announcement is for Prime Matter: a new publishing brand for upcoming franchises and release. In that, 12 titles in total were shared to be included:
Codename Final Form
Echoes Of The End
Kings Bounty 2
