Life Is Strange Remastered Collection Arrives To Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S/PlayStation 4/PlayStation 5/PC/Stadia This September

Looking at Thursday this week, publisher Square Enix already laid out anticipation for its coming Square Enix Presents showcase as developer Dontnod Entertainment issued that the next major entry for Life is Strange is set to take place sometime during the livestreamed show. In that, it was revealed that Deck Nine Games will be handling development on a new side entry, Life is Strange: True Colors.

However, that was not the only announcement for the Life is Strange franchise. Even more, Square Enix featured that a reworking of the original Life is Strange + Life is Strange: Before the Storm will both be arriving in one compilation: Life is Strange Remastered Collection. You can watch the announcement trailer in the video below:

“Experience two award-winning Life is Strange games like never before! Remastered visuals and animation breathe new life into the great cast of characters and gripping stories,” the description reads for the bundle on the game’s website. “Max rewinds time to get to the truth, while Chloe sparks an unforgettable friendship as she struggles to overcome her past.

“Illuminated by its iconic lighthouse, this small town on the Oregon Coast has seen more than its fair share of mysteries. The disappearance of Rachel Amber. Government corruption. Family secrets. A raging forest fire. A supernatural storm. As Max and as Chloe, your choices will shape the past, present, and future of Arcadia Bay.”

Most noted about the announcement is that fans planning on purchasing the Ultimate Edition for Life is Strange: True Colors will also receive Life is Strange Remastered Collection as part of the package. Furthermore, the collection will also include redone visuals, improved lighting, better character animations, and reason to return to the first Life is Strange.
