Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 sold 5 Million copies in 11 days

Sony and Insomniac Games released Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on October 20 exclusively for the PlayStation 5 and the game has been selling quite well. In the first 24 hours, Spider-Man 2 was the fastest-selling PlayStation Studios game with 2.5 Million units sold.

In the latest financial results, Sony revealed that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 sold over 5 Million copies in its first 11 days of release. That would mean it beat Super Mario Bros. Wonder which launched the same day and sold 4.3 Million copies in its first two weeks.

The copies sold for Spider-Man 2 are only as of October 30, 2023, so it could be even higher at this point with the Holidays around the corner.
