As many excited fans are well aware, the PlayStation 5 is less than two weeks away. Even more, that also means Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is also coming as the title shares its release with the next-generation system. And if it was not enough for excited fans to own the standalone game when it arrives, the studio shares a new bonus for pre-ordering.

For those that decide to pay ahead of the game’s release – physically or digitally – they will receive a suit inspired directly from the film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse. This surely is not the first time a film suit made its way into the game. Insomniac Games added the iconic costume from the Sam Rami trilogy into Marvel’s Spider-Man.

You can watch the announcement trailer for the suit in the video below:

Most interesting about the reveal is that Insomniac Games not only encaptured the costume’s look, but even how Miles Morales moves in the film as well. To incorporate that, the team applied a filter to the character’s movement framerate to 12 frames per second to accurately imitate the movement from the movie.

While the suit is told to be a pre-order bonus from either version of the game, Insomniac Games does go to clarify on Twitter that the aforementioned costume alongside other featured suits can still be unlocked in game as well.

Recently when discovered on the PlayStation Store, it was revealed that the space requirement for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will ask for 50 GB roughly. When including Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, the amount needed doubles. You can read the full report by heading here.

Are you planning to don the iconic suit for Miles Morales?

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales arrives to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on November 12, 2020 and November 19, 2020.
