Nintendo Switch Online Welcomes Super Mario Advance, Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2, Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3 Today

Over the course of the year so far, 2023 remains to be an exciting time for Nintendo Switch – especially Nintendo Switch Online. For those subscribed, they were faced with more additions to add to their backlog and beyond. In one instance, the Japanese firm introduced vouchers for service users granting discounts on select titles. The subscription also made a hallmark experience on the N64 return with Pokémon Stadium previously.

Additionally, the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack featured more Sega Genesis titles for fans that pay for the premium tier. What really grew some smiles happened to be the virtual consoles for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advanced. This was later greeted by a separate update featuring Kirby’s Dream Land 2 & BurgerTime Deluxe back in March.

Now this week, a dedicated Game Boy update is here for Nintendo Switch Online offering three new games today: Super Mario Advance, Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2, Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

Fling veggies (and lots of other stuff) at foes with Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad in this powered-up version of the NES Super Mario Bros. 2 game!” the press release reads.
