Upon eyeing closely to Watch Dogs: Legion, the game is only half-full as the online component for the November-released title is missing. Unlike its predecessors, Ubisoft intentionally left out the multiplayer to ensure that it works when officially available. In a recent blog post, Ubisoft Toronto went to verify that the next update will finally welcome the feature to all supported platforms.

Howbeit, despite preparation months in advance atop of solidifying a date for the game to receive the update for this week, Ubisoft Toronto has an update on the project. In that, the PC version is facing some extra hurdles and requires more time – going on to decide the best solution is to delay the release only for keyboard & mouse owners leading forward.

But, the console version is not arriving this week as Ubisoft reschedules the update for later in the month – March 23. You can read the full letterhead in the tweet below:

“We’ve identified an issue in the PC version that can cause the game to crash for players with certain GPUs.” It continues reading, “the team is working on fixing the issue as quickly as possible, and in the meantime, we’ve made the decision to wait to launch the PC version until this is fixed. We will communicate a new launch date as soon as possible.”

While PC is ultimately the victim of this abrupt update, Ubisoft Toronto also presses that both PlayStation versions are not safe either. In that, the team presses there will be a “limited in-game text chat” which is told to be resolved at a later date when arriving later this month.

For those that yet played Watch Dogs: Legion, reading our full review is very much recommended. Ryan Welch in his time with the game tells “the open world is stunning on the Xbox Series X, and there is a lot of fun chaos that can be had in the open world.” You can read the piece in its entirety by heading here.
