Initially dubbed as ‘Project Judge’ back in September of 2018, the studio behind the Yakuza series officially revealed the name for their new IP “Judgement” with two trailers showcasing what the game offers for its story along with a gameplay trailer featuring mechanics not offered in their previous titles like incognito drone spying and photographing evidence.
Now earlier this week, Sega revealed that the new game will be released this coming June for those who have been wondering. The game originally was stamped with a Summer 2019 release date, but late-June is pretty early as the game drops just a week after E3.

Starting today, PlayStation 4 owners will be able to pre-order the game digitally on the PlayStation Store. Which will give players early access to the game as the physical version of the exclusive title will be releasing the following Tuesday.
Sega also teased to tune in for more detail on the anticipated detective title to be revealed today as well. In a new trailer for Judgement, Amusement Vision showcased the game to be available in two languages: Japanese and English. As well as the game’s subtitles to be available in English, Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish, and German.
Judgement will be out on June 21, 2019 for PlayStation 4 digitally, and later on June 25th for the game’s physical iteration.
