Predating back to the first Resident Evil Anniversary livestream that Capcom held back in January, the Japanese firm unveiled that the latest entry, Resident Evil 8, will be arriving the first week of May. Nut the other noteworthy mention is the unique demo for the game that arrived uniquely to PlayStation systems. And while platforms are left out, Capcom has prepared a second playtest to enjoy that’s arriving later on.
In the second Resident Evil Anniversary livestream, Capcom reveals there will be a limited time window for players in all regions and platforms to experience Resident Evil 8 before its launch next month. But, of course, the demo will once again arrive on both PlayStation systems ahead of its competitors later this week.

In addition to the select times that players can enjoy the next title in the Resident Evil pipeline, Capcom also unveils one more thing for fans to anticipate coming this May. In that, Mercenaries Mode is making a comeback for Resident Evil 8. Even more, the game mode welcomes a new helping of changes and enhancements for the better which brings a more fruitful experience to the table.
On namely reveal outside of Resident Evil 8 happens to be the teaser for Resident Evil 4 VR. Capcom issues the 2005 games is to be taking on a port for Oculus Quest 2 and will be offered a closer look coming next week. You can read the full report by heading here.
