Nintendo is working on the Switch Successor, set to be announced by the end of March 2025. Most recently, the company revealed that all the games you own for the Nintendo Switch will be playable on the next console meaning for a smooth transition for games and accounts.
It has also been rumored that the Switch 2 will feature magnetic joysticks and a slightly bigger screen. Other leaks suggest notable AAA titles, such as Elden Ring, will come to the console in late 2025. For the longest time fans and insiders speculated there would eventually be a Nintendo Switch Pro, but apparently that mid-gen upgrade was canceled.
Today, sources close to Rectify Gaming have shared an image where it looks like major retailers such as Walmart are starting to receive internal listings for the ‘Nintendo Switch Pro. The price currently lists an unrealistic price of $621.00 which is just a placeholder.

It was already reported that the Switch Successor could be around $400 which is already a higher price than the original Nintendo Switch, at launch.
At this time Rectify Gaming is unable to confirm if other major retailers are seeing this as well.
Could Nintendo be fooling us and actually call their next console the “Nintendo Switch Pro”?
