During the up and coming for the PlayStation 5 just over two years ago, Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed a new installment in the LittleBigPlanet universe is coming. The game being developed by Sumo Digital still shares many similarities to prior entries. Even more, the title is one of the handful that would be cross-generation releases as well.
More interesting is the opportunity for these titles to come to PC. For Sackboy: A Big Adventure, the game was already leaked via SteamDB to be underway for the platform. Not only that, but another game was just recently confirmed for a PC port too. Last week, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be arriving next month.
Additionally, Sony Interactive Entertainment on Thursday tells Sackboy: A Big Adventure is also releasing for PC in October as well. You can watch the trailer in the video below:
“On top of these great visual features, we have also added a whole bunch of peripheral and customisation options. Full support for the DualSense controller heightens the immersion through haptic feedback and dynamic trigger effects.4 For those who prefer mouse and keyboard there is support for both during gameplay and in the UI. The game also supports achievements and cloud saves on both Steam and the Epic Game Store,” Sumo Digital Design Director Ned Waterhouse shares.
Looking ahead, there is at least one more title slated for PC from Sony Interactive Entertainment. In that, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is projected to ship sometime in fall 2022.
