The landscape for Xbox Game Pass continues to evolve month after month as Microsoft dishes out new additions. In the two updates for September 2024, that was no different. The start of the month featured Riders Republic, Age of Mythology: Retold, and Train Sim World 5. Later that same month headlined Ara History Untold Frostpunk 2, and Wargroove 2 as well.
In the same timeframe, new adjustments were revealed for the service. According to the most recent Xbox Update post, the Xbox app is planning to merge with Xbox Game Pass. By November 2024, the dedicated Game Pass launcher for mobile will not receive further support. However, bad news came learning roughly four dozen titles are missing from the launch of Xbox Game Pass Standard in September too.

From the list, we encourage you check out our review for Sloclap’s Sifu. “SIFU is all about mastery, repetition and honing your skills and reflexes to perfection. Although I’ve beaten the game multiple times, beating a whole run on a single life is not an easy task, but one I look forward to trying over and over again. Sloclap has created something new, fresh and exciting. SIFU’s tight combat focus and gorgeous level design creates a compelling action experience.”
Of course, there is also departing games come October 15th. Those are Dyson Sphere Program (PC), Everspace 2 (Cloud; Console; PC), From Space (Cloud; Console; PC), F1 Manager 2023 (Cloud; Console; PC), and Scorn (Cloud; Console; PC).
