Microsoft officially announced that they are hosting a Developer_Direct on January 25th that will showcase only first-party games including Forza Motorsport, Redfall, Minecraft Legends and more. What won’t be there is Starfield which might come as a surprise to some.

Instead of being in a direct with a bunch of other games, Bethesda officially announced on Twitter that there will be a Starfield showcase that will just focus on that game. It will allow for a deep dive into Starfield instead of just receiving another gameplay trailer.

During this Starfield direct we could learn the release date since the support page for the game says it will come out in the first half of 2023. We should find out soon enough in the coming months.
