The Crazy Taxi reboot to have a 100-player survival mode

One of the worst-kept secrets from Sega right now are the reboots of Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio as known Sega leaker shares new information. According to MbKKssTBhz5, the new Crazy Taxi title is modeled after AAA live service games like Fortnite with live events, collaborations, and customizations planned.

He also states that there is a plan to create a live service reboot and a remake of the original Crazy Taxi. Over a week ago this leaker also reported that the reboot would be released in 2027 and would have online elements.

With Sega’s new plan they are using Fortnite and GTA Online as the main inspiration and the company aims to be competitive in the live service scene using their classic IPs in different ways.
