The Game Awards 2020: Fall Guys Season 3 Set To Arrive On December 15

It was just a few months in August that Mediatonic’s Fall Guys took the Earth by storm to becoming the next big online multiplayer hit. Every streamer regular the wipeout-like game running through obstacles to rep the best outfits and continue to earn crowns at the number one spot. And, as many expected, the game was orchestrated to run as a live service with seasons to follow and new content set to release.

It was just at the end of November that the development team unveiled its next season, Winter Knockout. The next wave of seasonal joy for Fall Guys would take after the festive and later wintery design for the year’s closing and anew to follow. But more interestingly, the team spared that a full trailer will be shared at the approaching Game Awards show later in December.

Now that the awards ceremony has arrived this Thursday, Mediatonic nearing the conclusion for 2020’s annual show finally presented the next season for Fall Guys. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“Fall Guys Season 3 ‘Winter Knockout’ decks the halls with wintry wonders, delivering a flurry of festive mayhem, including 7 new Rounds, dozens of fresh costumes and a whirlwind of new features that are truly the snowy peak of Fall Guys foolery,” the description for the trailer reads.

Elsewhere in relevance to Fall Guys, Mediatonic & Devolver Digital collaborated with Sega to bring an official Sonic the Hedgehog costume to Fall Guys earlier on in October. You can read the full report for that by heading here.
