As we have already witnessed earlier this year with rumors pointing towards the next installment of Watch Dogs to be presented at this year’s E3 in Los Angeles. More fan speculation supports that this could actually happen along with giving some detail suggesting the title’s set location as well.
This week, fans have stumbled upon a new account linked to the Ubisoft Montreal title with a new Twitter account that was created sometime this month. The new account @WatchDogs_UK surfaced into public eye and many are already jumping on the conclusion that prior rumors stated the next setting will be based in London.
Other detail supporting this can be referenced back to the post-launch patch for 2016’s Watch Dogs 2 which resolved the lack luster conclusion to the open-world adventure. Where in one instance during the post-credits cutscenes displayed a set of latitude and longitude coordinates: fans quickly went to discover that the location encrypted by the digits landed on the capital of England.
What also seems to already have the nail on the head is the account is verified with the blue check on Twitter. However, the account has yet to tweet anything as of yet, but we should expect something to be posted if the implications happens to be true. Most likely Ubisoft will be saving the announcement for their E3 Press Conference in the coming month.
