Ubisoft Shares New Content Paved For Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Including The Siege Of Paris And More Expansions Entering 2022

Those that can reflect back to this past November can surely remember the release of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Finally, players that waited years for a Viking Age title can now be at ease. Following, Ubisoft announced that it will be scheduling DLC for the game with two expansions: Wrath of the Druids and The Siege of Paris. Additionally, free updates are also scheduled as well for the game.

Leading up to the first major add-on, Ubisoft announced that the expansion will be finding a later release in May due to development limitations in the initial April release date. Elsewhere, Ubisoft also disclosed the success of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. In that, double the number of players that purchased the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey pick up the latest entry.

In a new announcement at Ubisoft Forward, the publisher announces The Siege of Paris is expected to ship this summer alongside highlights more content is to ship for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in its second year. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“Coming this summer, The Siege of Paris expansion adds a new region, Francia, and re-creates the titular Viking battle. But the scope expands far beyond the future City of Lights, as Eivor undertakes new quests and forges alliances across the French countryside. You’ll also discover new weapons, gear, skills, enemy types, and abilities, including Golden Flame sticky bombs.

“The Siege of Paris will also re-introduce Black Box Infiltration missions to the series, which give you a goal – say, a target to eliminate – and then give you free rein to decide the best way to accomplish it.” Ubisoft also mentions that Discovery Mode – the history learning tool for Assassin’s Creed is to ship later this fall.
