The second season of Telltale’s Wolf Among Us has been pushed to 2019 from its original 2018 release window.
Posted on Telltale blog, was an apology and reason for the games delay. Stating:
This delay comes as the result of a few fundamental changes here at Telltale since we first announced the game last summer.
The team plans use the extra time to put more emphasis on quality yet try experiment something to make this second season stand out from the first. Looking back at the studio’s layoff months before losing about a quarter of the work staff, they’ve then been hiring Unity developers and seems they’re doing something different from the original engine used in previous titles.
And just like before, there’s still no cement release date for when we will see Telltale’s second adaptation of Bill Willingham’s Fables. Stay tuned for more on what might come for Season Two of The Wolf Among Us.
