Believe it or not, but we are already in May for 2022. While we are slowing down in terms of major releases with announcement events on the way for this June, time does not stop. For the realm of all things Xbox, Microsoft revealed this week that its Xbox+Bethesda showcase will be held this June featuring new titles and projects underway for the platform.
Additionally, a new month also means a new lineup of games for Xbox Games with Gold. In that, Microsoft unveiled the newest lineup. This past April, we received Another Sight, Outpost Kaloki X, Hue, and MX vs ATV Alive. Now, the new lineup brings more games and surprisingly returns beloved releases that were featured on the program prior.
Starting on May 1st, Xbox One owners can grab Yoku’s Island Express for the entirety of May until the 31st. Xbox 360 players can also begin installing Hydro Thunder Hurricane as well until May 15th. On May 16th, The Inner World for Xbox One will be up to install until June 15th the following month. And finally Viva Pinata Party Animals is free to grab from May 15 to May 31.
Noted, we have one returning Xbox Games with Gold title this month: Hydro Thunder Hurricane. For owners of Xbox Live Gold, you can remember in 2017 that the game was then featured for Games with Gold in September 2017. The lineup then headlined with Forza Motorsport 5, Oxenfree, and Battlefield 3.
