Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass Details
A trailer was released for the upcoming sequel to the first Watch Dogs focusing on the season pass that’ll include extra content such as story missions, customizable items and cosmetics for your character and also gadgets. Straight off the bat the season pass will include both the Root Access Bundle and The Psychedelic Pack: Root Access includes outfits for Marcus and items for your car, drone & gun and also the Zodiac Killer preorder exclusive mission. The Psychedelic Pack will allows you to customize your outfit, weapons, drone and even your car with a ’70s hippie cosmetic. The story DLC from the season pass will have three different expansions with some including new difficulty modes for co-op. T-Bone Content Bundle: You’re given a new T-Bone influenced outfit as well as car-flipping bus to cause havoc in San Francisco. And a new difficulty mode for co-op with smarter enemies and more challenging missions. Human Conditions: You along with Jordi and Bio-Hacker Lenny take on the city’s biggest scientific scandals in the three new hour long World Stories: Automata, Bad Medicine and Caustic Progress. And to include enhanced enemies and new elite co-op missions. Automata – You must take on a biometric car company that was uncovered by Dedsec. Bad Medicine – Marcus and Jordi go against Russian Mafia and for what I’m guessing with the lack of information besides the title, to stop them from pushing some type of drug onto the streets. Caustic Progress – Both you and Lenny team up to figure out and expose a company that’s been experimenting on the homeless. No Compromise: Take on the Russian Mafia with a friend as it mixes with the seedy underbelly of San Francisco. The season pass for Watch Dogs 2 will be available the same day as the game’s launch day on November 15 for Playstation 4 then later on November on for both Xbox One and PC for $39.99.

Prepare yourselves Guardians. The Witcher 3 Eredin statue announced with Prime 1 Studio
Today a new character statue from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been announced – Eredin, the leader of the Wild Hunt. See below for the description of the impressive model. The name of the King of the Wild Hunt, the identity of the lord of nightmares, the being behind the frightful mask, this long remained unknown. Over time, however, scraps of information gradually coalesced into a full likeness of our foe – but did nothing to detract from the terror he inspired. The Wild Hunt was in truth an elite cavalry brigade from the world of the Aen Elle, the Alder Folk, and was commanded by their ambitious and ruthless king, Eredin Breacc Glas. He would travel via secret paths through the cold emptiness between his world and ours to capture victims and take them back to his homeland as slaves. His current Hunt was Cirilla whose power he wanted to harness for his own uses. But his only obstacle in his path is Geralt of Rivia. The Eredin 24-inch statue is accompanied with his hound. You can pre-order Eredin now for a mere $799. Better save up those crowns. Pre-order website

Phil Spencer Comments On Graphic Development
In an interview with Game Informer Australia with the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer was asked whether he feels the change from HD to 4K and HDR is, literally and figuratively, a game changer. He explains that he feels the switch from SD to HD resolutions was much more noticeable than the current switch from 4K to HDR. Says Spencer, “I’ve been around Xbox since the original Xbox and I remember the shift from SD to HD. I remember seeing Gears of War 1, which for us was the first game that I saw on pre-release 360 hardware, and I went, ‘Wow, that just looks like something new.’” He goes on to say that the transition from Xbox 360 to Xbox One is visible, but not as much so as when we went from 2D to 3D, or standard definition to high definition. What does this mean for the future of gaming and media? Where can we go from the incredible graphics capabilities we have now? Let us know what you think in the comments!
Star Wars Battlefront 2 Confirmed
A sequel to EA’s Star Wars Battlefront has been confirmed for 2017. EA’s CFO, Blake Jorgensen, said today that it will be coming a year from now, but no specific date was given. Jorgensen also stated “We’re working very hard on making sure that is an extremely deep and engaging offering.” He also added that the game will have “bigger and better worlds” as well as content from the new movies. Battlefront 2 is one of the many Star Wars games EA and its partners are releasing over the next several years, according to their website. Under 2017 it is stated “Our team at Motive team is growing quickly, and making great progress in building out a significant new addition to the game. While we’re not ready to get into specifics right now, we have started development of this game by listening to all of the feedback we received, while also innovating in new areas I think you’re all going to be excited about.”
Blu-ray Update Added To Xbox One S
Yesterday Microsoft’s Mike Ybarra tweeted that an update to the Xbox One S has added BD-R and BD-RE support for the Blu-ray player app on the Xbox One S. BD-R and BD-RE may sound familiar; they are writable and re-writable Blu-ray discs that can be written or re-written on, just like DVDs and CDs had. There is no word (yet?) on if this update will come to the original Xbox One.
Rumor: Nintendo Switch Launch Date For Europe
It has been confirmed by Nintendo that the Switch will release in March of 2017, but an unofficial source says the new handheld will be released in Europe on March 17th. Other rumors speculate a March 18th release date for Japan, and this has many wondering if the Switch will release across a week rather than the same day for every country. Keep in mind that this is merely a rumor. Be sure to tune in to the official Nintendo press conference on January 12th, 2017!
