Seeing this is pretty surprising route the game is taking, especially when it is published by EA. Following the constant problems with microtransactions of Star Wars: Battlefront II and Need For Speed: Payback, Battlefield V having no premium pass is part of the on going change it seems EA is taking. Looking back at A Way Out only needing one player to own the game for two people to play the co-op title is the start of this change and now Battlefield V.
Battlefield V is yet another title confirmed to be marketed by Microsoft when we revealed the list back in April.
