For the current forecast for 343 Industries Halo, the firm is preparing the upcoming release of the game for December 8th next month. However, the IP’s official birthday arrives on Monday, November 15th. Amid suspicions previously aiming Halo Infinite’s release for that date, the game instead is launching next month and the themed Xbox Series X is to take its place instead.
But there is a new claim circulating currently which certainly leaves fans keeping a close eye on the series. Recently, several hints arose in the possibility of the multiplayer for Halo Infinite shipping its multiplayer ahead of release. The game is a separate portion of the experience as Microsoft props it as a free-to-play model. The rumors suggest that we will see the arrival of the online version of Halo Infinite at the coming Xbox Anniversary livestream later on Monday.
Amid the wait until the broadcast, Halo TV show lead Pablo Schreiber shares that something “very exciting” is happening tomorrow, in a tweet he made on Sunday. Even more, 343 Industries head Kiki Wolfkill eggs on the statement which you can view below:
Previously, the originally planned Halo television series remained in production hell for the entirety of the Xbox One generation. It was not until more recently this February that the show will be breaking its arrangement with Showtime and will instead air on Paramount+. Additionally, it was reported elsewhere that Cortana voice actress Jen Taylor will reprise her role for the character alongside Dr. Halsey as well.
Earlier this year, there was heavy indication for a reveal trailer on the upcoming show to take place then. In June, close to a dozen screenshots of the upcoming TV show leaked online hinting that a trailer drop could be imminent. You can read the full report by heading here.
