Horizon Forbidden West Lego Tellneck Set Revealed For May 2022 Release

In the world of Lego ever expanding its reach to video games, fans continue to face new surprises in the past couple of months. After the Super Mario & respected Luigi sets, Nintendo revealed a new Super Mario 64 set this combines the charm of the decades-old title into on entire build. Similarly, Sega & Lego revealed an exciting set for Sonic the Hedgehog to celebrate the ongoing franchise now three decades old.

Additionally we witnessed potential first word on the plans for future Lego titles. While Lego did reveal Lego Brawls, a Lego-based platform brawler, there is talks of more on the way. In that, Video Game Chronicles spoke on an array of sports titles in collaboration with 2K. This project is to include a soccer/football title and a professional racing game.

More recently Lego in partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment is planning to deliver a new set for Horizon Forbidden West with an exciting Tallneck set. You can watch the reveal trailer in the video below:

“With its disc-shaped head, tall stature, and good-natured disposition (especially compared to some of the machine threats that are lurking in the Forbidden West), the Tallneck is one of the most iconic and well-loved machines from the world of Horizon,” Tim Symons Guerrilla Games Lead Producer Franchise Development describes the set. “We at Guerrilla are incredibly excited to share a bold new look for this gentle giant, destined to become even more iconic — one that is made out of LEGO bricks.”

Additionally, the new set is to also include an Aloy minifigure as well equipped with a spear & bow. The set is to also include Watchers with blue, red, or yellow eyes. Priced at $99.99 on the Lego website, the set is is to include well over 1,200 pieces when it arrives this coming spring.
