Kaitlyn Dever has been cast as Abby in The Last of Us Season 2

The Last of Us Season 2 has been in the works and it is now expected to release on Max in 2025. If you are familiar with The Last of Us Part II you’ll know that Abby, a new character in the series made an appearance in the game that came with some iconic moments. Since they are following the order of the video game series, it’s no surprise they are introducing the character at this point.

It has been confirmed that Kaitlyn Dever will play Abby in The Last of Us for Season 2.

Kaitlyn has taken a lot of different roles across movies, television shows, and mini-series. She is best known for her roles as Eve in Last Man Standing, Amy in Booksmart, Marie Adler in Unbelievable, and many others.

It has been reported that production for The Last of Us Season 2 will begin in Early 2024. Although the HBO Original Series took home 8 Emmy awards, it left empty-handed at the Golden Globes.
