Although not feeling that long ago, the release if Monster Hunter Rise took place back in 2021. At the time, Rectify Gaming wrote that the game, ”does a great job of performing fantastic on the smaller system.” Our review continues: “All the bells and whistles are there, and despite the hardware limitations art style pushes Rise to new series heights.”

Now, fans of the series are eager to see what the next major installment brings. Back at The Game Awards in December 2023, Capcom unveiled that the next tentpole release will be titled ‘Monster Hunter Wilds’. Following the same structure & scale of Monster Hunter World, players are eager to see what the game delivers. And earlier this summer, it was confirmed that Monster Hunter Wilds will be coming in February 2025.
