The Nintendo Switch 2 is already shaping up to be one of the most eventful releases for a platform. At launch, players can already expect big releases such as Mario Kart World. That is not all: there is also the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack exclusive perk, GameCube Virtual Library. That is also launching this June as well.
In terms of new releases, Nintendo already revealed that Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is on the way for Nintendo Switch 2 also. Aiming for a winter release follows more of the Warriors-like game play of the prior entries. And, in 2026 FromSoftware is set to launch its new IP exclusive for Nintendo Switch 2, The Duskbloods. From the footage, it answers the cries for Bloodborne that has been echoing for nearly a decade.
