While Apex Legends continues to rule the majority of Repsawn Entertainment’s energy – enough so to open a dedicated studio in Vancouver – that the dire need for a Titanfall sequel from its fans is even more higher. While the battle royale experience is infused with the characteristics of the multiplayer series of before, many of the game’s elements is still missing like wallrunning and the titular titans.

In the past, Titanfall has been hoped to be in development witnessing the growing success of Apex Legends which shares the same universe, however, Repsawn Entertainment went on to tell that any projects are not underway at the time. Previously, a report by one prominent dataminer at the time said that there is a new installment on the way. But, nothing came to fruition at the time.

From Dexerto this week, the outlet reported that any new projects from the Titanfall IP is not happening. From the Morning Tea with Jason podcast held by Titanfall 2 Community Coordinator Jason Garza, he tells that there are absolutely no way the studio can fit the series back in for a new game at the time.

“Don’t get your hopes up, man. I’ve said this before. We don’t have anything in [the] works. There’s nothing. There’s nothing there. We’ve got too many other games in the works right now,” Garza explains which Dexerto transcribed from the episode. But, Repsawn Entertainment went on to denounce the statement hinting there is always a potential chance for a new game.

Although there is no direct possibility for Repsawn Entertainment working on a new game just yet, there is some tangible evidence towards the possibility. Over from the recent Nvidia GeForce Now leak, Titanfall 3 was among the list of unannounced projects that are underway. Nvidia commented that the list is “speculative” as it will not comment on its authenticity directly.

Outside of the ongoing Apex Legends and recent Titanfall report, Repsawn Entertainment has been sighted posting job listings for a new IP. While details are slim, it appears to be an open-world title as it emphasizes on “adventuring forever”. The project was also noted on the Nvidia GeForce Now leak. Do you hope a new Titanfall game is underway?
